Privacy Notice

When an enquiry is submitted, we collect the name, email, phone, company, message, budget band, timeline and interest supplied in the form.

We also record the page an enquiry came from, the referring site, any UTM campaign parameters, and general device type — this tells us which pages and campaigns actually produce enquiries.

To respond to an enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up on a project.

To understand which pages and marketing channels bring in genuine enquiries, so effort isn't spent on ones that don't.

Enquiry data is used internally and sent through our email and WhatsApp notification providers so a real person is alerted. It is never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

An enquiry with no further activity is purged after 24 months. Data tied to an active or completed project is kept for as long as that relationship requires.
