Terms of Service

Every project is scoped and quoted as a fixed price before work starts. Work outside that scope is quoted separately rather than invoiced without agreement.

Standard terms are 70% to start and 30% on go-live. The Launch package is 80% to start and 20% on go-live.

The code, content and design produced for a project belong to the client at handover. This is a stated commitment, not a default that has to be negotiated for.

Year 1 hosting, domain, SSL and backups are included in every package. From year 2, renewal is billed at the rate stated for that package at the time of purchase.

MEGTRAS's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
